Riviera Property Assist offers our clients a package of checks where we regularly inspect your property under your absence according to a commonly agreed schedule. We draw up reports that describe the state and provide suggestions for any action when needed. These inspections also include surveillance of ordered work (gardening, pooling, cleaning, etc.). One can describe it as a custom “concierge” service to use a French expression.
In addition, we offer additional services, on a case-by-case basis, by yourself or through selected agents such as legal / tax advice, contact with tradesmen and skilled professionals (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.), building / renovation work, certain translation services / advice. Some logistics assignments can also be offered.
